Welcome to Linda’s Nail Bar. By booking an appointment or receiving any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a clear understanding and a smooth experience for both clients and our team.
Appointments
- We recommend booking appointments in advance. Walk-ins are welcome but are subject to availability.
- Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule or may receive a reduced service, depending on availability.
- Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for certain services.
Salon Policies – Service Guarantee
- If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your service, you must notify the technician before leaving the salon. We will do our best to address concerns immediately.
- We do not offer any warranty or complimentary repairs after 24 hours from the time of service.
- After this 24-hour period, Linda’s Nail Bar is not responsible for issues such as chipping, lifting, breakage, or dissatisfaction with design, shape, or color.
- No refunds will be issued for completed services.
- We do not guarantee the durability of services if proper aftercare is not followed.
Deposits & Cancellations
- A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable if cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of the deposit or a cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Payments
- We accept cash, credit cards, and other digital forms of payment as listed at checkout.
- Tips are appreciated and can be given in cash or added to your card payment at checkout.
Health & Safety
- For the safety of our staff and other clients, please do not visit the salon if you are feeling unwell or have any contagious conditions.
- Clients are responsible for informing their technician of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities prior to receiving a service.
- Linda’s Nail Bar is not liable for allergic reactions that occur due to undisclosed allergies or conditions.
Nail Art & Custom Designs
- Custom nail art requests must be discussed in advance and may be subject to additional charges.
- While we do our best to recreate requested designs, slight variations may occur depending on materials, nail shapes, and individual preferences.
Children & Guests
- Children under 12 must be supervised at all times.
- For safety reasons, and to ensure a relaxing environment for all guests, please avoid bringing additional guests unless they are also receiving services.
Damaged Personal Items
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought into the salon.
Media Consent
- From time to time, photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any media, please notify our staff in advance.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is rude, aggressive, disrespectful, or behaves inappropriately with staff or other clients.
